Requirements for Farmers
Farmers must have a current certificate, and the product must be something the market needs.
Farmers who wish to use the term “organic” must follow the pertinent state and federal laws regarding the use of this term.
Once chosen to participate the farmer will be responsible for supplying an easy up, tables and signage.
Requirements for Craft Vendors
All crafts must be hand made locally and be something unique to the SCFM.
Applicants must submit samples of product to the Market Manger for consideration.
Space at the SCFM is limited. Those selected to participate may be placed on a wait list and called when the Market has a need for their product.
If you are chosen to join the market you will be responsible for obtaining a Sellers Permit from the State Board of Equalization and Certificate of Product Insurance.
You must bring your own 10’ x 10’ pop-up canopy, a table and signage with your business name and product pricing that can be seen from at least 6 feet away.
Requirements for Food Vendors
Applicants must have a food product that is needed, different, or unique to the SCFM.
It must be prepared in a commercial kitchen that is regulated by the County Health Department.
Space at the SCFM is limited. Those selected to participate may be placed on a wait list and called when the market has an opening.
If you are chosen to participate in the market you will need to supply all permits, licenses and equipment required by the County Health Department.
